    Purr-fect score from the kitties!

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had the opportunity to test a free bag of Meow Mix Hairball Control dry cat food, and it seems to be a real winner! Both cats are loving the flavor, probably because it includes their favorites in the mix: salmon & ocean fish! What I like most about this cat food is that it provides complete balanced nutrition for adult cats, including extra fiber to help control hairballs. Plus, the kibble size is small, which is a real bonus with a cat who inhales much of his food without chewing it... I'm not sure that we will switch cat food brands entirely, but the cats are clearly enjoying Meow Mix. If nothing else, this will be added to their food rotation! When picky cats get excited about what they're eating, I pay attention!

    Perfect for my picky eater

    My cat has not threw up since having this

The kibbles are a nice small size for easy eating and dispensing. We had a tasting and all the kitties loved it so 5 stars from them. I only took a star because I can’t really speak to the hairball control aspects as mine aren’t in their big shedding season when they are a problem.

    Tasty and helpful

The pieces were too small for one of my cats preferences though my other cat did not mind the size and finished the whole bowl. I like tgat this meets AAFCO guidelines, and that thenpieces are fairly small, which makes them easier for older cats who may be missing some teeth. I love how affordable Meow Mix is, and it makes it that much easier to help out the kitties. What I loved about this variety is the extra advantage of hairball control to help keep them healthy. They absolutely love the taste of this food and have had noticably fewer hairballs while using it. The packaging was easy to open and stays closed when rolled. I will say, we have to hide it from the cats 😅 otherwise they break into and eat the food until they're sick. The smell is pretty typical for dry food, it doesn't smell great, but isn't completely overwhelming.

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been feeding this to my cats for about a week. I have a 10 and a 7-year-old cats. The younger cat likes it and will eat it whenever it's available from its feeder, the older cat will only eat it reluctantly if there's no other food available. For that reason, I don't know if I would continue to buy it. If I can't get both of them to eat it. It has a good size and not a very strong odor which I appreciate. So far, it seems to be helping the younger one control his hairball issue.
