3 stars because both of my cats actually liked this food and ate it. One of my cats gets an upset stomach every other few days from this food. Chatgpt said its because its very high in fiber, so im going to switch to the orange bag instead that has a significantly less amount of fiber.

Surprising Hit with My Picky Cats
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Both of my cats have never really been fans of chicken, even when it’s mixed with other flavors, so I honestly didn’t expect much when I tried the IAMS Proactive Health Adult Indoor Weight & Hairball Care with Chicken and Turkey. To my surprise, they’ve managed to munch their way through almost all 16 pounds of it without hesitation! The formula must be spot-on because not only are they eating it happily, but I’ve also noticed their coats looking shinier and less hairball issues overall. It’s definitely a win for both me and my picky eaters.

We have used this for years for our accounts and have no complaints. Easy to find packaging with the bright aqua color. All the cats love it. They hear the sound of us feeling a bowl and they come running. Makes their fur really nice and smooth. Also keeps them happy and fed

The product is an affordable and trustworthy product I am more than willing to give to my cat. The ingredients are healthy oriented and provide benefits for each cat. I prefer Iams when it comes to feeding our cat as the product keeps him happy and fed as well as healthy and active.

Good ratings from my cat
My long-haired cat loves this food. He used to throw up constantly and I haven’t noticed more than a hairball every now and then after starting him on this. He was on this brand’s digestive help for a while but we switched to this. He seems to be very healthy while on this food. High quality food, my vet recommended it. It doesn’t smell pungent but the cats love the taste. One bag lasts us a while with 4 cats, so it’s a decent size too. All my cats have shiny and soft fur, but I’m not sure if that’s because of the food or not.

We switched to it full time after trying it out because they loved the taste and it seemed to agree with their stomachs. I like that the first ingredient is chicken, and it also includes wholesome grains like corn and rice, plus beet pulp to help with digestion. It’s also formulated to help reduce hairballs and manage their weight, which is exactly what we needed. Overall, we are super happy with this food—my cats are thriving on it!
