A hidden gem in the hot chocolate isle. I love the hint of cinnamon that this brand imparts in their hot chocolate. My favorite over the American standard hot chocolate mixes. I do add my own marshmallows and whipped cream on occasion, however, this brand is very creamy and flavorful.

I was intrigued, I've never had Mexican hot chocolate. I had to have it shipped cos it wasn't available in my store, TOTALLY worth it! Rich chocolate flavor with a hint of cinnamon! I did 2 tbsp of instant coffee and one package of Abuelita in a mug, topped with a marshmallow and so yummy! It's different than regular hot chocolate and it is a nice change of pace.

I love this stuff!
I used to get the blocks of Abuelita and melt them down with milk for a divine hot chocolate, made even better with Kahlua and whipped cream :) Then I became a lazy version of myself and ordered this mix. It's still great with milk but I especially love adding about 1/3 a pacakage to my latte to make a delicious cafe mocha. Sprinkle a little on top for an added treat. You just can't go wrong with this yumminess.
