I also love the little window on the box that lets you see the exact thickness of the noodles to make sure you're purchasing the correct kind for your dishes.

The Thai Kitchen GF Stir Fry Rice Noodles definitely met the challenge of a yummy noodle with a nice texture. Texture can be tricky with gluten free but this one was really good. It's a little tough to tell when the noodles are done because I couldn't really visually detect a difference from say, minute 5 to minute 9. HOWEVER, these noodles do pick up flavor really well. Boiled in chicken stock or doused in pad thai sauce, they have a great taste. The texture is really dependent on nailing that cooking time, which I have yet to master, but I'll keep trying!

I cooked the noodles as directed and rinsed them under cold water when they were done. When I assembled everything in the bowl, the noodles started to mush together. I tried to eat it and it was horrible. I tried to make another bowl and the same thing happened. I would not purchase them.
