  • A: YES CAPS ARE DIFFICULT TO REMOVE ON RECENT SHIPMENT OF WATER. WE FOUND AS YOU TWIST CAP, PULL UPWARDS WHILE TWISTING. THIS ACTION HELPS LOOSEN TO REMOVE CAP.

  • A: The cap does not separate from the retaining band on the bottle so makes it very difficult to open on our last two 24 packs. Unscrews but still stays attached to the bottle. The cap needs to be deeper
