Do not use on frames made of tortoise shell or gems. Do not use on lenses with scratched or damaged surfaces or with peeling or flaking coating as usage may cause further deterioration of lenses. Q: Are these no longer being sold?
A: These wipes ruined my lenses. I just paid $250. for new lenses because the lenses had become foggy. I was told it's not the formula but the actual paper/cloth wipe that does the damage.

submitted byPhilip - 6 years agoTarget staff supportA: Actually that's probably what their for. Zeiss makes their lens wipes for camera lenses and such but also markets them as for glasses, and these are EXACTLY like the Zeiss lens wipes.
