We do still recommend that you use shave prep such as shaving gel or shave cream. Schick Hydro Silk™ is a “traditional” razor. It provides moisture and glide throughout each shave and the best results are achieved by using a shave preparation.

A: Hold handle in hand, and push white release button by razor blade cartridge to release used cartridge. For attaching new, insert top of handle into the back of new razor cartridge, until it snaps into place.
