Tylenol Extra Strength caplets with 500mg of acetaminophen reduce fever and provide temporary relief of minor aches and pains. To use, adults and children 12 years and over, take two caplets every 6 hours while symptoms last and do not take more than six caplets in 24 hours. A: Hi, acetaminophen is the active ingredient of Tyenol is not an NSAID (nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug), the other main type of over-the-counter pain reliever. Ibuprofen, Aspirin, and Naproxen sodium are NSAIDs and work differently than Acetaminophen.

Always in my bag
I always keep a bottle of these in my bag. I took some of these, drank a big glass of water and I'm trying to relax a bit and I was a lot better and I could actually enjoy my day. These pills are easy to swallow and they work wonderful. They also never upset my stomach, which is a big plus for me. It is really such a helpful product to have around
