Putting my order in the trunk was awful. My bags were thrown on top of fresh flowers, and some were broken!
This is not just about the hamburger meat. It’s about this purchase in general the whole order when the person brought my groceries to put them in my trunk, they were thrown on top of fresh flowers. I had just bought that day and several of the flowers broke. I was shocked. There were other ways that the bags could’ve been left in my trunk and I come here very often and I’ve never had this happen. I was very disappointed and now I have broken flowers.

low quality
I was disappointed with the quality of this ground meat. I always buy ground meat from this Target because the quality is usually very good and consistent. But sometimes the meat seems to be made from lower-quality cuts. This time there were too many white sinewy strands throughout the meat, which was unpleasant to see when it was raw. After cooking, the texture was tough and chewy, and the dish didn’t taste good because of it. This experience makes me think twice now before buying ground meat from Target again. I hope the quality becomes consistent like it used to be.

Something is wrong with this meat!
Something is wrong with the ground beef from Good and Gather! Do not buy it! Dates are fine, but the sulfur smell punched through the whole house the minute the package was opened. When we cooked meatballs in the crockpot for 8 hours with another package, the meat was still pink in the center. Put it in the oven at 400 degrees for 30 more minutes, the meat was STILL pink. Something is very wrong here.

I bought this meat today. The date was good. It was ridiculously pink. I should have looked closer before buying. When I opened it to make hamburger patties, it was so hard I couldn’t even form a patty. So gross. I’ll never buy again.

Horrible smell
Opened this package and knew immediately it was rancid! The smell was horrible even though it looked fine. Target should be sued for distribution of this product. I would never trust buying meat from them again.
