Q: We just got this today and the windshield wipers do not work?

  • A: Check the orange switch under the front bumper. It has three settings. One demo, one off and one “on”. Make sure it’s on the “on” position. I struggled with this issue too and went to three different Targets thinking my item was broken. Until I accidentally flipped the truck and saw the orange switch. @ product manufacturer, you could do a better job with the instructions as I was ready to return mine. This is not a cheap item.

  • A: I bought this truck last Christmas 2019 and the WIPERS have never worked since we got it . Put in new batteries and turned the pink switch on bottom to play still did not work. Wipers still do not work even now, we've tried everything. But everything else on the truck works head lights, turn signals, brake lights and the music. Any Suggestions to help. My twins did not want to wait to return it they wanted to play with it Because we live over 100 miles to the nearest Target. Thank You!

  • A: they should work, check to make sure the batteries are good, that there isn't any tape securing the wipers in place, and try pushing the button again. if they still don't work, you might need to return it and get another one.

  • A: We had the same issue. Like the previous poster said make sure the tape is off. I thought ours was broken but it’s been two years and still works. I believe there’s a switch on the bottom that takes it out of the try me mode. Try that before returning

Q: I cannot get the battery compartment door back on after replacing the batteries. I insert the lower clips on the bottom into the battery compartment, but I can't flip it up to put the top part on

    It mostly works.

    It’s adorable and my granddaughters love it. The problems are: the wipers don’t work and the brakes don’t turn on the lights. The girls are disappointed but the love everything else and all your other products

    Great quality toy

    Love the quality of the ice cream truck toy. All the little ice cream pieces and desserts are very cute. Wish the truck opened completely on one side instead of just partially. It would make it easier to access the inside of the truck during play time but overall it’s so much fun and my daughter loves it.

    DO NOT BUY- SOUNDS DONT WORK

    Piece of junk. Windshield wipers and sounds DO NOT work. Tried multiple different batteries , triple checked I put them in correctly and still nothing. Paid $140 for a plastic toy that doesn’t even make the fun noises it’s advertised to make for my child. Contacted Target and they want me to bring it back to the store an hour away from me. I live in a rural area and was no expecting to get back home and discover it wasn’t working. That’s their fault for selling a malfunctioned toy. I am so upset. So please if you’re going to buy bring your own batteries to the store with a screwdriver and make sure it works before you take it home

    My daughter likes it enough. However, a few times were damaged after opening the packaging. For example, there was money that was taped together. The money ripped when trying to remove from the tape.
