A: they should work, check to make sure the batteries are good, that there isn't any tape securing the wipers in place, and try pushing the button again. if they still don't work, you might need to return it and get another one.

A: We had the same issue. Like the previous poster said make sure the tape is off. I thought ours was broken but it’s been two years and still works. I believe there’s a switch on the bottom that takes it out of the try me mode. Try that before returning

A: Check the orange switch under the front bumper. It has three settings. One demo, one off and one “on”. Make sure it’s on the “on” position. I struggled with this issue too and went to three different Targets thinking my item was broken. Until I accidentally flipped the truck and saw the orange switch. @ product manufacturer, you could do a better job with the instructions as I was ready to return mine. This is not a cheap item.

A: I bought this truck last Christmas 2019 and the WIPERS have never worked since we got it . Put in new batteries and turned the pink switch on bottom to play still did not work. Wipers still do not work even now, we've tried everything. But everything else on the truck works head lights, turn signals, brake lights and the music. Any Suggestions to help. My twins did not want to wait to return it they wanted to play with it Because we live over 100 miles to the nearest Target. Thank You!

A: It is designed for an 18 inch high doll so any child taller than 18 inches would have trouble getting inside of it.

A: No it is too small, they can get in but not move

A: No back doors do not open as that secures the fryer and counter attachments.

A: No the back door doesn't open on the opposite side of the entrance the big window comes out and then you can use you're hand to play but the back doors don't open.

A: According to a previous reviewer, you have to switch the power switch on the bottom of the truck to "on" from the "try me" mode in order for them to work.
