Our Generation Awesome Academy School Room for 18 in Dolls

This was a gift for my 6 year old. She absolutely loved it !

This item is very disappointing. We love the school and the atmosphere of it but unfortunately it does not all completely work. I have read other reviews above that things don't work. I have read that things don't work (chalkboard, lightup board, school bell and fire drill) because of a poor connection. However, my husband took the whole thing apart on the bottom to check all the connections and things still don't work. Unfortunately, the school bell and and the fire drill still do not work. The amount of money spent for the school it is just disappointing all of the functions of the school house do not work. We were also missing the red recycling bin. I have also read it is not worth taking back because you take the chance of getting another one and more doesn't work. My daughter does enjoy it very much.

We just bought this for our daughter's big 10th birthday and while it is super cute and she likes all of the accessories, we are so disappointed as we went to get it all set up and only one of the special features work! I am not sure what to do, as we can't take it back to the store due to coronavirus restrictions and there are no more available on line.

This was a home run; finally, a big birthday gift I'm glad I bought. We love this play set. My girls are 4 years apart and they play with this together for hours. It took a couple tries to make sure the panels were fully snapped in but after that, no problems. This play set just extended the play life of all the girls' dolls.

My kids absolutely loves it! Yes! It’s not easy to remove the items out of the box, but after putting everything together it’s just super cute, my kids 8, 5, 3 years old and even the 23 months old(with supervision of course) can’t stop playing and using their imagination., I also bought other OG accessories to mix with it.

We purchased this for my 10-year-old for Christmas as she is still playing with her 18-inch dolls and wanted something new. On our first try, the light on the whiteboard worked but nothing else did so we returned it. The second one, the school bell, and fire alarm worked but the whiteboard didn't! ARG!!!!!! I told my daughter we would give it one final try and if it didn't work, we would get a refund and purchase something else. When we got to the store, there were none on the floor but it showed there was one in the store. The manager felt so bad after I explained to her what happened that she went to the stock room to see if she could find it and she did!!!! We opened it up and assembled it in-store so if it didn't work, we would just leave it there and get a refund...To my pleasure, everything worked and my daughter has been playing with it regularly since January...We love all of our OG items, and we have a TON. This one is a great additinon to the closet, bistro, kitchen, jeep, trailer and bike! Both my girls still play with everything and enjoy it so much. Thank you for making quality products!

There is a lot of detail to this item, however, most of the items were damaged. After getting through opening most of it (which is a pain) the desks were broken & the chalkboard was cracked. It’s unfortunate to spend so much money on something that is broken. Now to try to put it back together to return to store.

Great set! Kids love it. Like other reviewers, my only complaint is the electronics. I checked the Our Generation website, and found an instructional video, followed step by step assembly. It still didn’t resolve our problem.
