I have been using Amazing Grass for so many years. It tastes good in my smoothie.

This product used to be great but they’ve changed the ingredients and added chicory root fiber which is a huge disappointment because this ingredient really hurts my stomach. Unfortunately, the photos of ingredients on the website are inaccurate and still show the old formula. If you’re sensitive to chicory root fiber and order this product, please read the ingredients on the product they send you before you eat it.

It doesn’t taste too earthy or anything, just didn’t have much flavor. The suggested use states to add about one scoop to 8-12 ounces of water, juice or a smoothie. This is a fine powder and I found my preferred method was mixing it into a fruit smoothie. It mixes well without clumping and does leave an aftertaste. I noticed my energy levels increased and a boost to my digestive system. I also like the packaging and includes a little scooper for convenience.

I struggle eating enough day to day and wanted a way to get more greens that wasn't a supplement. I'm glad this is an option, but it tastes so so bad. I mix it with apple juice, pineapple juice, and water, and the powder overtakes every flavor and makes it taste like fish food. I've tried it alone with water, in a berry smoothie with soy milk, and it's such a strong taste. That said I am still going to drink this because the benefits outweigh the taste and I'm just glad this an option instead of just taking supplements.

Great progress in my iron deficiency it has 1.8 iron in it, I was on 35 mg iron a day, because my iron levels like to drop a lot, so I am medically animec and I wanted to come off my iron pills completely. Had blood work done recently and it was at the best levels an ER wants too see in case you need a blood transfusion. I just add it with frozen spinach/kale and fruit and OJ for absorption and use my blender and it’s fine.

Very easy and works great with a smoothie

This has been my go-to greens product on and off for many years but I haven't ordered it in a while. Now I see fructose and "natural flavors"? It doesn't matter that fructose is <1 g, and "natural flavors" on any label is obviously not transparent. As to your replies about updating the label ingredients, are you implying the product contained these additives the whole time but were not disclosed? Either way, disappointing to have to change products.

I've been putting this in my smoothies for about a year now! It doesn't have a funky smell or taste like other green powders I've tried. I blend it with some frozen fruit, juice, and greek yogurt for a protein boost. It's such an easy way to increase your fruit/veggie intake.
