A: You can adjust the foot platform to any height you need as it easily adjust by releasing the clip and sliding up and securing the clip back down. It would work great for your children.

A: I went ahead and placed my order after your answer to my question. Your answer made it sound like you could adjust foot rest as high as needed. This is not the case. There are four different levels you can adjust the hight to. My babies are way to short even at the tallest level to use this. I'm very disappointed.

A: Actually, I'm just taking this apart right now and the window IS removable. You just need something narrow and strong to pry it up. I was able to do it carefully working a fork around the edges.

Babys favorite toy right now!
This has been our 5 month olds favorite toy hands down. She loves playing with the toys provided that attach, and the mini piano to keep the music going while she plays. Since she’s been playing in this activity center she’s also been wanting to pull up to standing on her own, which has been great to help get her to that next step. My only wish was if Skip Hop would sell other toys that we could attach/switch out to keep things fresh. Right now I have toys tethered to the rainbow and switch those out, but she can’t reach them once they fall and dangle over the edge.

I really like this activity center! I was under the impression that this would allow the baby to “jump”. It does not. At the shortest setting, my big 5 month old is baring touching the “floor”. Other than those things, I love this thing! It keeps my 5 month old very engaged and he loves the toys. He spins around and grabs things easily.

Very disappointed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this as a gift at my baby shower and was so excited to use it once my baby was old enough. Unfortunately, after setting it up, I noticed the table surface had a crack in it. This is extremely concerning for a baby product since damaged plastic can create sharp edges and become a serious safety hazard. Thankfully I noticed it before putting my baby in it, and luckily nothing happened. For such an expensive product, I expected much better quality control. Parents should not have to worry about safety issues right out of the box. Very disappointed.

Poor customer service experience
I rarely write reviews, but my experience with this purchase has been incredibly frustrating. The Skip Hop arrived in terrible condition—it was clearly a used return. All the parts were unboxed and shoved carelessly into the packaging, and the seat itself was stained. The exchange process was an absolute nightmare. I followed instructions to return it to the store for a replacement, only to haul a massive box inside and be told they couldn't accept it. They insisted I needed to ship it via UPS with a printed label. When I called customer service for help, I was caught in a loop of repeatedly telling me to go back to the store I had just left. After explaining the situation five times, I finally had to suggest a courier pickup myself just to get a resolution. While they agreed, I still have to handle printing the label for an item that arrived damaged through no fault of my own. This has been an exhausting, disappointing, and time-consuming ordeal.

Hard plastic seat with no padding dangerous
I wish the footrest had more height adjustments. But the biggest issue for me is the seat. I'm surprised no one is talking about how the seat is literally just a fabric insert over hard plastic. My playful baby bangs his back and ribs along the perimeter of the seat which is very hard for a baby. The seat should have padding around it to prevent injury to babies. My baby is well over the suggested age for the product. I'm considering returning it as it's dangerous and not comfortable. Also the instructions are lacking. Only from the product description was I able to know what the loops on the seat liner are for.
