Q: My twins are 4 months old but really small for their age. How high can you adjust the foot platform? I'm afraid my babies will be too short even at the highest level to reach.

A: I went ahead and placed my order after your answer to my question. Your answer made it sound like you could adjust foot rest as high as needed. This is not the case. There are four different levels you can adjust the hight to. My babies are way to short even at the tallest level to use this. I'm very disappointed.

A: No, but as they learn to stand they can stand next to it. Eventually learning to walk around it.

Q: can the clear piece where the keyboard goes, be removed to clean up dirt undernreath?

A: The clear window is not made to be removed. We have heard from other parents that a q-tip or tooth pick with warm, soapy water can help clean between the cracks!

A: The child's feet should not be flat nor not touching. When you see the child's feet resting flat on the platform, it is time to lower it.

We loved this item and my baby did too, until this piece fell off from the inside of the bouncer seat. This is so dangerous and if I wasn’t with my baby at the time he would have grabbed it and choked on it because it’s a small piece. Soo disappointed.

I thought I was going to be able to leave a glowing review here, then this morning... My 6-month grandson was sitting on my knee playing with the little trees (?) on the activity center with his feet. Next thing I know, he has a cut on the top of his foot. I may be an overprotective grandparent, but I find that unacceptable.

My baby loves this activity center! Has plenty of toys to play with and I like that you can put the piano on the bottom where their feet go. Also like that you can convert it into different things for later on. Baby’s legs might be a bit too short to touch the bottom at 4 months even at the highest setting.

I would buy this but get it from somewhere else. Target said it would be delivered in three days and it's been three weeks and hasn't been shipped. Which is a lot of time when babies outgrow things so quickly.
