  • A: Yes there is a video on how to adjust the height on YouTube. There are buckles on the seat that draw up the bottom of the seat when buckled to support a taller baby.

  • A: Baby's leg need to be over 9 inches long past their diaper. I just received ours and measured for you. In the manual, they want baby to be able to push the seat using the balls of their feet, but you asked a different question! Hope this helps.

Q: Does the seat only allow the child to walk from side to side or does the seat swivel so they can walk normally around the activity table?

  • A: The seat DOES swivel 180 degrees if you install it correctly. Make sure that you install the seat as instructed in the manual with the raised part of the black ring to the part of the seat area furthest from the table.

  • A: Yes the seat does swivel inside the walker portion so baby does not have to step sideways. But they will move sideways if they are focused on the table!

Q: What is the total space needed for the seat to be able to spin completely around the table? (Center of table to edge of seat/wheels would be a great measurement.)

  • A: Answering my own question in case others need to know. The toy needs a 4'x4' clear area to walk around the entire table. If you need to move it out of the way, it measures 34" long x 20.5" wide x 23" tall (top of caterpillar). Floor to top edge of seat (where baby's armpits would hit) is 17". Seat is 9" diameter and for those chunky thighs, the leg holes are 3.5" to 4" diameter. Yes, this grandma will have to open the leg holes a bit for this little guy.

    Very disappointed

    Very disappointed in this product , purchased in Dec 24 , my grandson started using this two months ago twice a week on his visits and the keyboard sound has stopped working , the sound started to become very metallic and then stopped completely. This product was not cheap and I expected a lot more . Very disappointing.

    Product should have a safety recall!!

    My 7 month old son loves the snail. However, the snail has a strong spring and snaps back hard. His little finger got pinched and stuck in the snail. He was screaming in pain and it took a second to figure out how to get his finger out. This product should be safely called as it's not safe.

    Suction toys

    I just received this product. Was very excited because of the activities and the ability for the baby to walk around the table. However, it was missing some of the suction activities that go on the table. Unable to reach anyone to get the missing section toys.

    Why baby Einstein's? Why?

    Love- removable keyboard with four language options and excellent classical music selections. Hate- the craftsmanship of this toy. It falls apart repeatedly, new in box; this is NOT safe for my infant and I don't understand how it passed safety tests. Even the stand alone table doesn't stay together. I debated price and design for almost a month before I settled on this for my then standing 6month old, now crawling and cruising 8 months old. I completely miscalculate the $100 investment, because I assumed it wouldn't fall apart. Huge fail. Never again. As result, Baby Einstein, I will be looking at all future purchases with an extreme bias.

    Not safe

    I got this as a gift. My son is only 4 months old and can already walk around in it, he can also move the entire unit and I’m pretty sure with one swift movement of throwing himself back in the seat he’d be able to topple the entire thing over while in it. For the price this product is extremely made and more importantly extremely unsafe.

    Falsely advertised

    It’s missing the blue lady bug , the white dots on the mushroom and it’s also missing the green leaf that pokes out of the top . It’s almost like they started making it cheaper to save themselves money . I’m actually kinda upset about this because I thought the mushroom was the cutest part, but it doesn’t really look like a mushroom without the white and I was looking forward to the green leaf thing being on there because I thought my son would enjoy chewing on it but it’s certainly still enjoyable for my 5 month old . I’ll be contacting them tho. If you’re gonna start making the product cheaper, then you need to change your advertisement pictures.

    Overall toy is good, many functions, however the clips to hold the seat broke off within a month of having it. Wish they sold replacement parts atleast especially for the cost.

    Great toy but sad the piano broke after 2months. It was his favorite part . Wish there was a replacement for each section. (Yes I changed batteries. The lights work but no sound)

    Good product poor quality

    Have a six month old boy who enjoys playing with all the toys on it. The problem is the seat it’s self. The plastic clips that hold the cloth seat to the frame are breaking 1 by 1. His feet touch the floor in it, but his movement inside of it is obviously too much for the 1/8 in of plastic that holds the hook to the strap. Have gotten by with supergluing them back but this is a temporary fix, currently searching the internet to find a replacement seat

    Worked well for a while then stopped working

    this product was great initially but after a couple of months, the piano stopped working. this was my baby's favorite part and I don't know how to fix it. I'm out of the return period so I can't even exchange it for another one. it's not worth the money to only be able to use this for a couple of months

    Not recommended.

    Not worth it! table was most useful, but not sturdy at all. The clips that hold the table together break off easily.
