A: Thank you for the question! The height adjustment tab is found beneath the walker tabletop. Pull the tab downward and turn horizontally. This will allow you to slide the seat up or down to the desired position. Once selected, turn the tab back to lock into place.

Several times one or the other of the back pins that attach the seat frame to the wheel frame would drop off and hit the ground. I thought maybe I just didn’t have it clicked in well and would reattach it (or so I thought). Then both the left and right rear suddenly came undone today at the same time and my grandson started falling head first while still seated as the whole frame swung forward. I was right there and luckily caught him before his head smashed into the concrete. I took him out and finally flipped that thing over to see what was up, and realized the rear seat frame pins were bigger than the slot they were supposed to be to lock into and is why I had been having so much trouble. The pins didn’t fit! That thing had been loosy goosey the whole time. I tried and tried and tried to shove those pins into their slot and even took a hammer to it for a bit but the pins just would not fit. This walker is dangerous and should be recalled imho. That thing coming undone while a child is in it and it suddenly throwing them forward and their head to the ground is pretty serious. I’m bummed because for the most part my grandson was loving this walker. It’s going back to the store though. Please do NOT buy this walker.

Seat cushion is not secured to walker. Tabs are inserted in slots which does not attach to anything. When I lift my granddaughter out of the walker the seat is disengaged. The wheels do not roll freely, not 360 degree turn. Difficult to roll in the floor and the rug. Disappointed. I am returning the walker.

I purchased this walker 4-5 months ago and the fabric started ripping causing the plastic to dig into my baby. I called the company and they do not offer replacement parts and told me I'd have to buy an entire new walker. Asked if they could offer some type of discount and they said no. Highly disappointed
