A: Thanks for your question. We always suggest checking with your child's doctor before making any dietary replacements with PediaSure. We don’t have any info on mixing PediaSure Grow & Gain Shakes with milk, so we can't recommend doing so. However, doctors sometimes suggest mixing products together to ease the transition to a new product. -The PediaSure Team
