The Slim Ceramic Tower offers a beautiful, slim, space-saving design with powerful 1500 watts heat output for effective whole room comfort. This new ceramic heater features 2 heat settings – high output 1500 watts, and 750 watts on low – and a adjustable thermostat and timer function, all designed to give you control of your comfort. Additionally, this heater offers added protection as it is equipped with multiple safety features such as 360º tip-over protection, 2x overheat protection, cool touch housing, high temp plastics and reinforced wiring and connections. A: Yes it does. It is super touchy. If you move it it automatically turns off, I just have to turn it back on once you move it.

Q: Is this heater cool to the touch so that if a pet or child does touch it--there will be no burn.

Doesnt stay on long
So one my family members bought me this and i really like it. However it's only on for like 15-20 minutes. ITS SOO DUMB!!! I don't like this product bc of this maybe i might get another one but im not sure

Stopped working within 6 months...
Stopped working within 6 months and only used low heat setting. Love the sleek look, remote, and customization features, but disappointed with how quickly it stopped working.

The item pictured and described is not what you get. Product pictures and description indicate a digital temperature display with the ability to select a specific temperature value, but you get one with the old style generic options of 65, 70, 75, or 80 degrees which you have to cycle through, and you cannot choose one of those temps on the low heat setting, only the high heat setting. Way too expensive for what you get. Returning.

Do not get. Go to amazon
Bought this in 2021. By the time I figured out it sucks it was past the return policy date. It sucks. It over heats. The high setting smells like smoke im pretty sure it’s no safe so u can only use low setting. I used to have a lasso tower heater the fan used to blow all the heat around worked great.

Buy a Different Brand or Model
Only used for two weeks before having problems with the unit. Shuts off on its own, even if the unit is set on a timer for longer period of time. Does not heat a room as described. Heating area on the unit is small compared to the size of the tower. Sorry I wasted my money on this unit. Spend your money on a different product. My smaller and cheaper unit works better than this one.

Not a space heater, more like hand warmer.
Found it impossible to heat a room or small space. You only feel heat if your sitting directly next to it. Not worth the price at all, for $70 get a real space heater.

Excellent Space Heater!
So far this has lasted us about five years and strong. You can have it oscillate or not. I like that you can set it automatically to heat for 1, 2, 4, or 8 hrs if you want. There are a lot of options. It has a safety feature that turns it off when it tips. We have pets near it and it's been safe and wonderful. I highly recommend it. A five- star product for sure.

Caught fire
I’ve had this a little less than two years and it caught fire today. Thankfully I was right there to put it out. Where the cord meets the base of the heater made a snapping noise and instant flame and burned a hole through my floor.

This item does not function as advertised. Instead of a thermostat like in the images, there are only 4 temperature settings (65, 70, 75, and 80). I don't know how to get the product I actually ordered, with a thermostat you can set to any temperature.

So worth it
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I literally use this every day in the winter. It’s nice and quiet but gets my whole room warm in a few minutes. It auto shuts off if I accidentally push it over so that’s super nice.
