Q: Is the whole thing stable enough for a toddler to hang from the bar without the base flipping up? Not talking gymnastic flips, but a little hanging, more than just holding while jumping.

    This is not a trampoline. It's just a tight net. No elasticity. Does not stretch at all. It's just plastic, you can even see indents in the plastic. I have a trampoline in my backyard and it won't do that because that's not how the material works.
