  • A: Our products that contain oats are gluten-free according to FDA guidelines, which requires products have under 20ppm of gluten. The only exceptions are our Organic Oatmilk and Organic Oat Barista Blend which are not gluten-free.

    Different taste now

    I loved this milk as a quick (albeit more expensive) alternative to my usual oat milk for iced coffees. I’ve cooked and baked numerous items over the past few years of buying this product. I almost preferred it to a cheaper alternative but this last one I got is just… bad? It tastes like milk which might be some peoples preference, but I’m drinking oatmilk because I dislike the taste and texture of regular milk. After reading recent reviews I’m wondering if it’s due to the change from coconut oils to seed oils… I personally don’t have a preference but do if it affects the taste so much! It was perfect before!

    Bring Back the Seed Oil-Free Version

    I’m so disappointed that this now contains sunflower oil. I remember buying an Extra Creamy version last yr that used coconut oil instead, and it was one of my favorite oat milks. The texture is still great, but I was really hoping Califia would keep the coconut oil or offer a seed oil-free option again. I’d buy it in a heartbeat if they brought that version back.

    I can taste the oil

    I can taste the oil taste and see the oil dots floating in the product. It truly disturbed the taste of my matcha. I have had success with other brands but tried Califia farms due to a sale. This was not a good fit for me.

    Not creamy, unpleasant taste

    This isn’t creamy at all and has a very strong taste that isn’t pleasant. I tried it because they were out of my usual unsweetened non dairy milk and I wish I’d gotten had just gone somewhere else to find what I usually get.
