    Cup pf water

    Zero stars - Disappointing and overpriced I really wanted to like this product, but I can’t recommend it. I poured half the container into my coffee, and it didn’t even lighten the color — let alone create that creamy, milky look I expected. The flavor was almost nonexistent too; I was hoping for a nutty taste, but it tasted essentially like water. For almost $6, I expected a noticeable difference in both color and flavor with a normal serving size, not half the container with zero results. Very disappointed and won’t be repurchasing.

    It took ages and ages for me to realize that I reacted to any alternate milk that had a gum in it. Not only is this oat milk gum-free, but it tastes and feels better than anything else! I buy it by the case, and am so glad that I found something that I enjoy AND works with my stomach!

    LOVE this creamer!!! I only use the Califia Oat Milk Barista Blend creamer. I buy 4 bottles to last me 2 weeks. They’re expensive, but worth it. Please make larger bottles bigger than 32fl oz. Thanks!! I’m obsessed.

    No Foam

    Barista blend vanilla oat (June 2026 exp date) and oat (Aug 2026 expiration date) the last 2 cases of each will not foam at all...been using them for a few yrs and every now and then this would happen, but in the last 2-3 months nothing foams at all and I am disappointed

    Seed oils are bad :(

    The product has a great consistency and flavor but has seed oils and lecithins that cause really bad inflammation and acne and other health issues. It’s unfortunate because Califia didn’t used to add these toxic ingredients to their products. :(

    Won’t foam at all anymore

    I’ve been using Califia oat milk for years. The last 4 cartons of the oat milk barista blend haven’t foamed at all. My frother works for other milks— whole milk, semi skimmed, other oat milk brands, coconut milk, almond milk, etc. I am not sure what has changed with Califia, but it doesn’t foam at all. It’s just a watery, thin addition to my morning espresso now.
