Directions
Microwave
1. SQUEEZE pouch to separate rice.
2. TEAR at notch to vent.
3. MICROWAVE on HIGH 90 seconds until hot. Caution: Pouch and contents will be hot.
Skillet
1. SQUEEZE pouch to separate rice.
2. ADD rice and 2 Tbsp. water to skillet.
3. HEAT over MEDIUM heat until hot, stirring occasionally.

Surprisingly good

This is of course not as good as a pot of freshly made rice, but for what it is, I was quite pleased. I don't love the addition of the fat because it gives the rice a little bit of a strange texture, but I accept that it is to keep everything from turning into a clumpy mess. The texture is pretty decent, way better than instant rice. For those times when you don't have the time or energy to cook rice yourself, this is a nice convenience.

Sealed, not expired, Mold

Bought this and it expires in 2025 (2 yrs), went to open and was completely overtaken with mold. Disgusting. Assuming it is a packaging/manufacturer fluke but won't be buying this brand again. Seems others have had similar instances. The only reason I gave 2 is because the other pack I bought was good.
