Surprisingly Good
As a general rule, I shy away for anything pre cooked. I've become good enough in the kitchen that I can usually do it on my own for half the price I'd pay at the store. When I saw this on the shelf at Target I figured, why not? One of the spices of life is trying new things. I added the rice to a large non stick pan and added a 1/4 cup of water and a tablespoon of lime juice. I brought it to a boil then simmered covered for about 10 minutes. The result was fluffy. nutty rice with just the right amount of chew. The coconut is barely detectible. This will definitely be a pantry staple in my home.

Would sell my soul for this rice
Some may say thats dramatic, however this is the best microwaveable rice I have ever had! The coconut flavor is subtle but its there and not a sweet coconut flavor which is what i prefer. Other brands make it sweet which i hate. I ALWAYS have to have this in my pantry its that good. I will say its on the higher side when it comes to sodium so thats something to be cognizant of but otherwise i cant say enough about it and am very passionate about this rice lmao.
