Cinnamon is one spice we use a lot especially in baking, chili and even a pinch in chicken soup. Add to toast with some sugar as well. Love it in sugar cookies at Christmas-time. Try it in hot cocoa. Truly wonderful uses all the time. If you love cannoli you'll need this to flavor the filling. Ants don't care for cinnamon either.

Great Taste, Full of Lead
So for a few years I have been using this brand cinnamon because the taste was noticeably better I didn’t have to use as much and the price is great. Sad to see that it was on the higher end of the cinnamons tested for lead concentration recently. According to Consumer Reports it’s twice as much as McCormick. I try very hard to protect my children and give them food that is nutritious. We use cinnamon in lieu of sugar in a lot of things. Sucks that this brand can’t be used or trusted. I will be tossing it in the trash immediately. However if you don’t mind the lead then I would say you will be pleased with this product.
