A: Yes! You can freeze Liquid I.V. after mixing it to create popsicles. How to make popsicles with Liquid I.V.: Mix the powder with water according to the package directions. For the Lemon Lime flavor, you'll mix one stick with 16 oz of water. Add fruit for extra flavor and nutrients. You can blend the fruit with the Liquid I.V. mix or simply drop chopped pieces into the molds. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and insert the sticks. Freeze for 4 to 6 hours, or until solid. While Liquid I.V. is safe for children, for very young children (ages 1–3), we recommend seeking a medical consultation before consuming more than one stick per day.

These have been a staple in my breast-feeding journey. I have one a day to keep up my hydration and this is the third taste. I’ve tried and I love them all! This is my favorite, it reminds me of sprite. I started giving them to my athlete during summer time to keep him hydrated with the heat! He loves it too, and he’s 10.

This is disgustingly sweet and intensely flavored. There is sugar, which I prefer to artificial sweeteners, but it also has stevia and the stevia gives it a gross artificial taste. I tried my best but couldn’t finish it

why is their salt in something that's suppose to hydrate you, I might be missing something but last I checked salt just dehydrates you more. That's literally all you taste as well to mount my mouth became dry and numb like I swallowed salt water. Don't waste you money, I only tried this to see what the hype was and the hype is overrated. I can say body armor helps out with dehydration, your better off spending money on that.
