Product was probably used
The net works well on my dining table. It probably won't work on tables with a top larger than 2 inches thick. However, the package arrived damaged and the product looked used. There was dust on everything, the box was taped up and the color rubbed off onto the net. The manual was folded weirdly, which is not a big deal, but it makes me think the product was used. You can't see this very well in the picture of the paddle, but there are yellow stains on it and it smells a bit like old food.

I have been a big consumer of target.com because it's fast shipping and typically decent reputable products. Lately more and more items are arriving visibly used, like they are returns that didn't pass through quality control. Some damaged, or like this one a damaged box and the paddles had clearly been used because they were visibly dirty. This was for a gift so that was unsuitable. Not happy with Target online currently. the product should have been fine, but something needs to be done about managing returns at target.
