  • A: Yes you can use this for brown sugar however we recommend that you use our Brown Sugar Prokeeper (DPCI 070-00-3298) that includes a terra cotta disk. Soak the disk in water and place un the air-tight lid and keep the brown sugar from drying out! This is also available at Target.
