The Hippo Ride-On & Building Blocks playset from B. toys comes with sounds, lights, blocks, and tons of ride-on fun! Q: Do the handles fold up and down? Is there a way to lock them into place? Ours flop up and down while my child rides on it.

    Perfect birthday gift

    My daughter got this for her first birthday and she loves it riding it and loves the blocks! She is only 1 but its low enough that her feet touch the ground. Turning is a little tough but other than that it's wonderful.

    My 18 month old loved this!

    My baby couldnt get enough of this! He was so amazed that the eyes changed colors and kept pointing it out to me and his dada. He was excited at all the areas he could place the blocks and loved scooting around on it!
