My dog loves it. Repeat buyer for over 5 years now. Pricey, but it’s first dog food we found that doesn’t give our dog an upset stomach.

Great for dogs with stomach problems
This is the only dog food for my dog that keeps him healthy and happy. The fiber content is higher than other brands and it was necessary for his stomach issues. He likes the flavor and the brand is respected with my veterinarian.

No more Glucosamine
My large breed likes this food but the Formula changed and Glucosamine in the large breed formula was removed (not listed anymore). Contacted Nutro and the Rep. confirmed a change last November was made to the recipe removing Glucosamine.

Great brand!
Used the brand for years, my dog didn't like the lamb formula and I had to buy canned food to mix in so we could use up tue bag. She did like the beef and rice blend better.

Great food
Smells like standard dog food but they eat it and it works for my sensitive stomach dogs. Keeps them full with once a day feeding. Typical dog bag.

Taste was bad
I tried it , for my dog and because I was curious and it tastes awful, has an awful after taste and I ever tasted any lamb. I love my dog too much and I’m always looking for good dog food.

Great dog food
The scent of this product just depends if you can handle it or not. Packaging is very well on this product. Most definitely worth the value for money than ingredients in this dog. Food is very great for your dog. Most definitely will help your dog put on weight if needed..

Healthy kibble
For the price and great ingredients it’s definitely a great choice for your fur baby! The packaging is great and keeps food fresh love that it’s recyclable as well. my dog enjoys it very much and helps with his digestion. the little kibbles are a great texture and not to big or small and does not have a super strong oder like other brands. I really enjoy this brand and think it’s a pretty healthy choice!

Product is good ingredients
My dog love this brand, the protein and fat content seems to be good. Ingredients are better than most companies. By-product isn't the first ingredient which is nice. I recommend people to give this a shot but obviously no dog likes the same food, so don't be afraid to rotate through other brands if this doesn't work for your pup. The price is high but it’s definitely worth

How can Nutro claim there is no chicken on the front of the Lamb & Rice package when the ingredients on the back list CHICKEN MEAL & CHICKEN FAT ?????

My dog likes it
This is my dog’s favorite dog food and was approved by our vet as healthy for her. She’s 14 now and a bigger dog so I’d say it’s working well. I only wish my closest Target always had it in stock.

Great food... but...
I have been using this brand of food for years with many dogs. It is alao the only food that my lab and sheltie can stomac (and I have tried over 30 different brands) but, my lab gobbles the large breed food because the kibble is so small. Even with a slow feeder bowl, he inhales it. I have tried even 1 piece at a time, nope doesn't chew. This is the only brand I have seen that has such small sized kibble for their large breed kibble. I am truly hoping that Nutro eventually makes their kibble size larger in the large breed lamb and rice as to help prevent bloat and clean teeth. Over all other than kibble size this brand is amazing.

My dogs loved it. They weren’t excited about their previous dog food. Now that I changed them to Nutro Natural Lamb and Brown Rice, they can’t wait for feeding time.
