    Convenient - but pay mind when mixing with drink

    A convenient on the go source for caffeine- this brand has an electrolyte version as well. Easier to carry around than an energy drink can or pre-workout. It's 90 mg caffeine by the 1/4th teaspoon for servings - so getting the exact amount is challenging but it's good in a pinch.

    Tastes great. Too much stimulate for me. If I enjoy it at night, I'm awake until bedtime the following day. Other "energy" drinks do not have the same affect on me.

    Great Flavor on the Go

    This is one of my go-to gym staples! I always had a couple of drops to my water when working out to help me hydrate but also give me a boost of energy. The packaging is great its easy to throw in your bag and take with you. The taste is also amazing.

    Tasty stuff

    This is probably my favorite mío water enhancing flavor. It really does resemble a black cherry flavor candy or gum. It does improve the taste of your water and only takes a few squirts to bring life to your drink of choice. It’s very portable and easy to use.

    Perfect for a needed workout

    When you travel a lot and need to get some extra caffeine with your drinks, i prefer to have something like this when I can. It tastes great and not too bitter and works fine for me. All you do is squeeze in your drink and out comes the liquid. Just that easy!

    Delicious energy!!

    Black Cherry Mio energy is delicious! The caffeine in it is a nice pick me up in the afternoon, and is much cheaper than buying an energy drink every day! I love the small squirt bottle versus the traditional packet sticks.

    My husband's favorite water enhancer of all time!

    I gave it 5 stars because this brand and this cherry flavor is my husband's favorite. My husband doesn't drink coffee so it really helps him stay awake. I don't like the cherry flavor so I recommend the lemonade ones but this one contains caffeine so will help you stay awake not just water enhancer.

    I love the mio energys! They’re so quick and convenient and I love how I can decide how many mg of caffeine I want with the amount of squirts I use. I also sometimes use the mio with my soda stream to make it carbonated like a typical energy drink! Honestly these are so great and have such a good variety of flavors. I’ll never stop buying them!

    This is my absolute fav water enhancer. It leaves no weird aftertaste. So easy to use. Great price! Only negative is I wish they would stop using red 40.
