I am a vegetarian, mom, in my forties, doing high intensity cardio and strength training multiple days a week. The Active Pre-Workout powder for her is a game-changer. I began mixing the creatine for her, with one scoop of the active pre-workout powder, in my water, for before and during my morning workouts. I feel hydrated and energized and love the taste. I also feel more focused. I love that I don’t have to question whether the ingredients in these products align with my health goals- I know they are vegan and high quality. And I love the fitness results I am seeing! These are daily staples for me. I also use the Collagen Building Protein Peptides powder for my lunch smoothies and it’s delicious! I will always be a loyal customer of this brand.

Already using the active protein, I decided to give this pre workout for her a try. It’s perfect. I was afraid of jitters and used only half a scoop but now I know the full scoop will be safe to consume. Completely obsessed with this brand and love the clean ingredients. Never an upset stomach or weird feeling from anything I’ve tried.
