Quality Assured
I had a small issue with the personalization. I didn't wash it or use it, instead i submitted a picture aking how they could help me. Since it was a quality issue from the factory they did replace it. I really apreciate the timely and kind response. They stand behind the quality of the product. I am loyal to this brand.

Hard to open and close -- not worth the money!
Insert gets stuck inside shell and you have to jostle and wiggle it to get it to open. Worried my kindergartner is going to spill his whole lunch on the floor one of these days. Also difficult to close. I would return it if I could but I didn't keep the original packaging. Crazy that a lunchbox so expensive can't even open right.

Mold can sometimes develop if moisture becomes trapped in the silicone seals or tight crevices after washing if the pieces do not dry completely before storage. Doesn't keep food cold
Not as advertised. Cold pack insert doesn't stay cold for very long, making it not ideal for perishable foods. Wish I didn't purchase.

Works well. A little hard to close. The ice pack is NOT dishwasher safe. My husband put it in the dishwasher and it warped. It's been impossible to find a replacement in the right size, compatible with Chill Max.

Great storage for lunch without the leaks
Bento boxes are well made and definitely keep food segmented and cool. Perfect for a kiddo who doesn’t like her food to be warm when it should be cool or for her fruit to touch the cheese. This is easy to clean and does not leak. The only con is that it is pretty large and hefty so it doesn’t fit easily into her insulated lunchbox. But I found it fits perfectly in the TJs mini cooler bag so find a lunch bag that fits and you’re golden.

Pros and cons
I like it. It’s easy for my kids to open and use. But my daughters did not keep her stuff separated. And her yogurt got on her other food. My son didn’t have that issue.

Product is exactly what I thought it would be. I like the size and think it will work nicely!! I did do a test run and I was a little disappointed that the food wasn’t super cool after 2.5 hours. It was just faintly cool. But keeping my fingers crossed that it will keep her fruits and vegetables cool enough, as she is only a half-day student right now!!
