This is one of the best tasting proteins I use. It is great for that last shake of the day. Slow digesting casein helps me recover while I sleep.

I use it to cook, make protein bread, desserts etc. i cant do whey because of insulin resistance, Casein is perfect sub.

With water or almond milk my daily routine ... I got my friends and family hooked on it... It took me awhile to find the best tasting and ingredients that has this blend of goodies perfected... I can go 4-6 hrs not feeling hungry and if you want to loose weight replace dinner with this has all the amino acids and vitamins that your body needs to recover after workout or just your daily activities...at my household I make sure I never run out of this...

This is by far my favorite protein supplement that I've tried so far. It tastes good, it has good stuff in it, and it's definitely been keeping my appetite in check. I drink a glass every night with milk just before I go to bed and wake up feeling really good. It's also by FAR the easiest to mix compared to anything else I've tried. 100% of the time with other mixes I end up with little clumps of powder in the drink no matter how much I try to mix it, it seems. With this one it dissolves even in thicker liquid like milk without any clumps. Awesome product, will stick with this one for sure.

I always been a fan of Optimum Nutrition proteins, I tried many flavor of their protein and they had good prices, I prefer whey over iso but casein works great, it apparently keeps you full longer.
