  • A: Hi Mayank. Please change all of the batteries with new Brand named batteries like Duracell/Energizer. Please note that not all battery voltage is the same and the battery type makes a difference in the functionality of the toy. Steps to get everything going: -remove all balls removed from the toy -change batteries -switch to the ball popping mode -press the starfish button -once the wheel is turning place the balls at the top of the swirly slide and watch them pop. Q: How long does the toy take to charge using the USB port? We removed the batteries because the toy is already not working properly and hoping this will fix the issue. It has been 4 hours and does not appear to be charging.

Perfect whale toy for little ones and toddlers!

My son loves this whale toy! We’ve had it almost two years now and it still works like a champ. He’s even stuck things in there that don’t belong and I was able to get them out and it still works the same. Occasionally the balls fly out and not back into the whale because of the aim spout not properly aligned. Just change out the batteries when you get the whale and it will keep your little ones entertained. I do not think it’s made of cheap material and I have two boys who are terribly rough with things but this whale is a little champ. Not sure what the fuss is about with other reviews but this is a great toy. Love the lights and little music to! I suggest buying it and giving it a go because not everyone drinks the same cup of tea or coffee 😎

Fun!

Our one year old grandson loves this! Lots of movement and he likes to put the balls in the track. It’s also nice that you can move the tube so the balls shoot out into the room.

Disappointing toy

This toy died after an hour! I usually don't leave reviews but, my god, this toy sucks. The balls started out with wayyy too much power and shot out super hard and, after a few minutes, had practically no power and it didn't even have enough power to shoot the balls out of the whale. Good concept, just sucky execution.

Concept is great!

The balls don’t make it into the shoot more than half the time. It also jam’s a bit with the balls. Besides this my baby enjoys the colors and music and watching the ball.

Do not recommend

My nine month old rather play with the balls then the ball and the machine. Then machine is like spitting the ball every which way it’s not even going in the hole. if it does hit the orange piece it bounces right back out and rolls all over the floor, therefore someone has to go get it so it’s not like Shoot it rolls down shoots it rolls down. it’s kind of inconvenient and it gets stuck when it’s trying to spin and push the next ball up.

My 12m okd loves it!

Love love love!!! My 12m old got it for Christmas loves it then and still loves it at 15m old. The only thing I will say is please be mindful of other item you may have laying around. My baby thinks it’s funny to put other stuff in it, but then gets upset if it doesn’t work. That’s when he comes running to me to fix it 😅

Broke in 5 days

We purchased this toy five days ago and it has completely stopped working. We tried finding a way to fix it because our children really enjoyed playing with it but there doesn't seem to be a way to fix it. Please do not waste your money on this toy.

Perfect for my ball dropping loving baby

Our one year-old loves both of his ball droppers so when we saw this, we had to have it. He gets so excited when he gets to hit the button to watch the motor after dropping all the balls. It’s like an extra addition to a normal ball drop, we love it.

We love, love, loved this toy. It was the voted best toy of the year in our family. Our 7 month old grandson all the way to our 7 year old granddaughter. Then, it just stopped working not even, 30 days later. I am in the process of notifying Target to hopefully get it replaced because it is so cool.

Pretty good toy

Died after a month

My 1.5 year old really liked this toy that we got for Christmas. But it didn’t even make it until the end of January before the motor completely died. Very disappointed since it’s quite an expensive toy to receive as a gift.
