A: Hi Mayank. Please change all of the batteries with new Brand named batteries like Duracell/Energizer. Please note that not all battery voltage is the same and the battery type makes a difference in the functionality of the toy.
Steps to get everything going:
-remove all balls removed from the toy
-change batteries
-switch to the ball popping mode
-press the starfish button
-once the wheel is turning place the balls at the top of the swirly slide and watch them pop.

Balls
How do you get more ball?!? Dogs chewed them up in a week and after purchasing multiple different sizes of balls nothing works. There needs to be a pack sold separately for this toy its nice having more anyways!

Malfunctioning
They toy is great but only last a few days. It has so many malfunctions. The first one that I bought, it just stopped working after a day and I had to return it. Then I bought it again, bc my baby loved it, and the wheel was rotating so slow that the balls were not popping at all, we had to manually push the ball for it to work. They need to fix it. I don’t recommend it, and it is too expensive.

This toy was a gift for my baby's first birthday. We tried everything to get it to work. Customer service is a JOKE.. My sister spent all this money on a toy that is a piece of garbage.

Works for a couple of months then stops. The balls shoot everywhere and don't land in the hole often so you're constantly chasing them everywhere. Unfortunately this is my sons favorite toy so we will have to keep buying

Short lived
It is such a cute toy and has fun music, but, as other reviewers note, it quickly loses steam and power. I replaced the batteries (double checked they were in good health), and the music played and the balls could be pushed out but the crank wouldn’t even move forward. So disappointed especially with the price point!

We were so excited about this toy, my 1 year old absolutely loved it. But it stopped working after a few hours of buying it. The motor just stopped pulling the balls through. Unfortunately we had to bring it back and return it.

A total hit!
We got this adorable whale toy as a birthday gift for our 1-year-old, and it has quickly become one of his absolute favorites. From the moment he saw it, he was hooked and honestly, it keeps me entertained just watching him play!

Very disappointed
The motor stopped working within minutes of being used. The music still plays but the motor does not pop the balls out anymore (the whole point of the toy). Very disappointed, this was the first interactive toy I bought my baby girl and was so excited to see her and my toddler play together with it. I hate that it literally lasted 10 minutes tops. VERY disappointed that it is even on the shelves to purchase based on these reviews and disappointments in myself for not reading reviews on here before purchasing it myself.
