Q: The lights and music turn on but the wheel spins on n opposite direction only for 2-3 sec after pressure by the small button. Starfish button does not start spinning. The power button is on and I tried with both battery and usb

  • A: Hi Mayank. Please change all of the batteries with new Brand named batteries like Duracell/Energizer. Please note that not all battery voltage is the same and the battery type makes a difference in the functionality of the toy. Steps to get everything going: -remove all balls removed from the toy -change batteries -switch to the ball popping mode -press the starfish button -once the wheel is turning place the balls at the top of the swirly slide and watch them pop. Q: How long does the toy take to charge using the USB port? We removed the batteries because the toy is already not working properly and hoping this will fix the issue. It has been 4 hours and does not appear to be charging.

    Extremely fragile

    Very fragile motor lift. My kids broke 2 of these within a few days of receiving them just by putting the balls in through the top with no force.

    terrible do not buy

    my 1 year old got this for her bday & it worked for 4 days total. now the mechanism that shoots the balls is not rotating👍🏼 my 7 year old had this 6 years ago for his 1st birthday & it also broke within a week w his. not a good toy at all.

    Poppity whale pop

    1 year old son loved for his birthday and just says ball over and over as it goes! Puts whole balls in his mouth so that is the only drawback but they are big enough not to choke at least. 3 year old daughter plays along and made the twisty part a slide for the little people. She keeps putting other things in it so we have to take those out sometimes.

    Worked well at first then stopped

    Worked well a few times then stopped despite charging and batteries. Picks and chooses when wants to function. The ball will pop sometimes then every other time will stay inside the whale.

    Durability

    I would give this toy 5 stars because my son absolutely loved playing with it! He received it as a birthday gift and was very excited about it. Unfortunately, after only a week and a half of use, the part that shoots broke and stopped working. It was disappointing to see it break so soon, especially since he enjoyed it so much. While my son loves the toy, I do have concerns about its overall durability and how well it holds up over time.

    This toy doesn’t even work. I just bought it today and it doesn’t even work. I tried myself before I gave it to my son and the motor doesn’t spin to through the ball. Do not buy it.

    Would not recommend.

    Worked for the first day and then wouldn't launch the balls unless it stays continuously plugged in. I don't want my child playing with a toy that has a chord attached. Thankfully I got it gifted. It's unfortunate because reviews do not really get read for toys. This is way to expensive for it to just play music and take up so much space.

    STOPPED WORKING

    Terrible. Motor stopped working after a month. No wonder why they asked us if we wanted warranty with it. They prob know that it stops working after a few plays. Don’t waste your money!

    Whale pop up toy

    It’s a malfunction toy it’s not the first time this happens my nephew has the same toy and it stopped working as well within days. I bought this toy today and we got home and opened it to it not working at all

    Total letdown

    Did not work. Brought it home and took it right back. It played noise but the wheel didn’t work, never popped a ball out. Had really complicated instructions that would be difficult for a kid

    Don't buy it

    The belt stopped spinning after a week, rendering it completely useless. Even when it was indeed working, the balls dont always get ejected with enough force, leading it to stay inside the tube.
