Q: Hi,how to pull string from the toy.I recently bought this not able to figure out where the string is stored.In the manual it is written in the storage of the back not able to find.Please help here.The string is very small for toddler.

    Terrible Shipping Packaging

    Arrived damaged from Target. the box was crushed and it was not the cartiers' fault. The outer box was in perfect condition. Whoever packed the box knew it was damaged. They put the toy with the damaged side downward. If I had waited to pull the toy out, I would not have known. Also, I could not "exchange" the toy. I had to return and purchase another in the store. I lost money on it because I had to pay full price on the new one.

    The voice is perfect and directs the child to try the skill again, which consists of taking the ball and pushing it down, so it goes into the back of the dump truck. The dump truck also unloads. It’s easy to push. I will mention that my grandson doesn’t use the string to pull it at all, but that’s a non-issue

    Very DISAPPOINTED!!

    Dislike this item as purchased for a 2 year old who is learning to speak English and this only speaks French?? No where on the information page does it say anything about French, but outside the box it does say speaks French and English. ONLY SPEAKS FRENCH UNRECOGNIZABLE!! NO ENGLISH!!
