Men's Georgia Boot Homeland Steel Toe Waterproof Wellington

4 months in, and I love these boots. They had a short break-in period where they weren't bad, but after that they've been amazing.

I purchase these boots lil over a yr ago... just started wearing them this yr in July.. i was cutting damp grass & was walking threw grass notice my feet started to feel wet. But they suppose to be waterproof...im very disappointed about this boot

I have always been a big Georgia Boot Fan, and after the reviews I thought I would give these a try. They are extremely hard to break in. After two months of daily wear, they still have not broke in like a typical boot. The tread is breaking in some places. They do look decent, that is about the only positive I have so far, other than the price.

Ive worn mud dogs for 12 years, had to switch up to a different style due to the poor manufacturing of the mud dog falling apart at the seams

Just replaced my old ones, after many years of service, with the identical boot. They work that well, the old ones were done, and deservedly so. They served me well! Right now, in England as I type this (I live in Georgia). ON an insane bike trip. Let's just say the British summer is wet and I am riding a sidecar on the "wrong" side, so all the water is hitting my boots. Today, my feet were the only thing left dry... Nough said?

Great boot. Had them over 2 months with no visible wear. Now the tough part will come.. manufacturing work. Very comfortable and looks solidly built. Very light as I can drive my manual shift car as good as with tennis shoes.

I have owned and heavily used a pair of these for 4 years now and still wear them. They are still comfy as can be, and my feet stay cool all day long. By far my favorite boots in the whole world.

I bought these boots about a month ago and they are already gone the whole steel toe area ripped open on both boots worse boot ever never again will I buy anything from here.

As a soda delivery driver, I am on my feet 12-14 hours a day, putting on somewhere between 5 and 10 miles on my boots daily. After my preferred style was discontinued years ago, I bought my first of 3 pairs of this style of boot. Most of my coworkers end up buying a new pair every 3-6 months of other brands, but my Homelands last me somewhere between 11 and 12 months. Comfortable, reliable, easy to put on/take off. My only reason for the 4 stars is that, on this last pair, the leather on the toe began to wear out after 4 months on both boots. About 8 months into their life, the toe cap was completely exposed. Otherwise, these boots take a beating and continue to perform well. I will be looking into a different boot with an external toe cap attached, so I won't have to modify my next pair. But if you aren't on your knees in coolers all day, these boots will definitely hold up for you.

I've been purchasing Georgia boots for a decade now, and this boot made the best first impression of any I've purchased before - instant comfort and zero break-in required! Fit and sizing is just as expected. Continued wear has only increased the comfort. This is likely my go to boot from now on.

Low quality materials and fit and finish. Worn for only a few weeks and most of the tread lugs are already worn off the sole. Long break in period.

I got these as a birthday gift for my husband. He has worn them three days in a row with no discomfort. He said they did not need any breaking in and he is happy with them.

I get a boot allowance from work and these are my go to footwear!! Apply some boot oil and they are comfortable right out of the box!!

Boots need to last a while for me to give them a positive review but I’ll go ahead and give these 5 stars since all the Georgia Boots I’ve owned have held up well. These are good boots. The waterproofing is excellent.

Had some problems with shipping. Paid for priority 3-5 day shipping and it took over a week too arrive. But after I contacted them about the issue the refunded most of the cost of shipping. As far as the product, one of the best boots I’ve purchased in my life for sure I’m extremely happy with the craftsmenship of Georgia boots I’ll never buy any other brand. I’ve always had a problem with boots hurting my feet and my back and wearing out quickly, I wear them for work and I’m a pipeline welder so they definitely go through a lot being on my feet. but I’ve had two pairs of boots from this company so far and they have both been the best boots I’ve ever worn BY FAR. I would still be wearing the first pair but I lost them in a move. I’d had them for three years and they didn’t even have so much as a tear in the toe or a worn out soul. I expect the new pair will be no different and these are even more comfortable then the last pair. Tired of sore feet from new boots? I was too until I bought a pair of Georgia boots. Never had a problem since. These people really know there craft. Buy Georgia boots no other brand compares.

Nice boot no break in needed. I have a narrow foot so I had to add insoles. I ordered a narrow boot but they are wide. Also the tops are nylon not leather so they are difficult to put on.

These boots have a very good fit and feel,the sole work's very well on slippery surfaces.This is the second pair that i have owned and would highly recommend them to workers that have to work on wet slippery surfaces.

The leather uppers on these boots are awesome. I have owned Rocky and red wings in the past and the leather is very compatible with them. The overall comfort is good. Even on long days walking and standing on concrete. BUT... the soles lack quality. After 3 months the middle sole tread was almost gone. At 6 months they began to crack and by 9 months they were completely in 2. The boot was waterproof until that point. I will admit I am tough on boots but I expect to get atleast a year out of a pair of boots. I hope Georgia Boot will address this issue with the sole because the upper part of the boot is awesome.
