Tried this product after exfoliating and left it on overnight. It did have the usual self tanner smell and it barely gave me any color after leaving on for 8 plus hours. Highly disappointed considering the price. I have had better luck with Ulta brand self tanner.

I followed instructions to the lei, including exfoliating day before. After the 3 hrs I rinsed off. Couldn't tell much if any difference. Super disappointed.

Overall, I am happy with the product but I haven't used any others. I used it on completely white skin that hasn't seen the sun in a long while. I felt like the coverage was good and even, easy to apply with a glove.

Picked this up on sale. Very good self tanner. Would definitely buy it again.

This is a good fake tan although still has "that smell". It is easy to use and doesnt streak. A little goes a long was so the size can is good value for money

This is by far the easiest and best fake tan I’ve used. I love that it works super quick, so you can tan last minute and still be great results. It doesn’t leave streaks and gives a gorgeous natural look. It can be used on the body and face. It does have the typical fake tan smell when it starts to do its thing. The bottle lasts about 4/5 applications for me

I love the results I get from this product. I use a self tanning glove/mit and it spreads evenly on my skin. I'm pale and when I use this for 3 hours, it looks super natural while still being pretty dark on me. I've switched from tanning beds to self tan to take better care of my skin and I will continue to buy and use this product to replace my tanning bed addiction. I use this all over my body except neck and face. I use their face tanning mist for my face, ears, and neck and it all looks great together! I do think you need to be careful when applying this product, however, as it continues to develop a little after you rinse the excess off and I did see a couple of splotches on my hands. I no longer have that issue now that I'm more experienced with self tanning and this product.

I've read great things about this product so I decided to try it. I'm very pale and burn easily in the summer, so I wanted a light glow/tan for our upcoming trip. I definitely noticed a difference after applying with the mit. The product went on smoothly with no streaks, however, I saw some darker spots near my ankles and feet. I didnt want to be too dark so I waited about 90min and washed off with warm water (no soap) and the product is completely gone. I'm really disappointed and will definitely be returning.

I am new to self tan game. Did a little research and decided to give this product a try. I made sure to research application tips: exfoliated 24 hrs before & moisturized dry areas like knees and elbows/face for me. Next day applied with St. Tropez body brush, used a generous amount of product, applied to my face last using a clean make up brush. I let the tan soak on my skin for 2.5 hours then rinsed of with luke warm water & patter dry no wiping with towel. It applied so even a beautifully. Def worth the pricetag.. i will update with a follow up review how many days it lasts! But looks beautiful! I feel Confident 😊

This tan is a dream! I’ve used so many self-tans over the years, but this one really stands out. It’s fast-developing, gives a beautiful natural bronze (none of that dreaded orange tint!), and the colour payoff is just stunning. I love that you can control the depth of your tan — 1 hour for a light glow, 2 hours for a medium tan, or 3 hours for that deep, just-back-from-holiday bronze. The mousse texture is lightweight, blends like a dream, and dries quickly with no sticky feeling. It fades evenly too, which is rare! The scent is mild (not that usual fake tan smell), and it doesn’t transfer onto sheets or clothes. My skin feels hydrated and smooth thanks to the added nourishing ingredients — I honestly get why it’s rated 96% positive! This one’s a must-have for glowing, confident skin all year round.

I do love this product because it does look good, comes off better, and fades nicely BUTTTTT loving tan gives you much more color, dries faster, and stays on longer for me! I always do this! I feel like this is a good product if youre a beginner because its easier to apply since it doesnt dry as fast so theres more time to perfect. If you're intermediate then i would definitely go with loving tan ulta dark, the dark is always orange on me im not sure why but the ultra dark looks more natural and stays on for over a week. Just have to keep hydrated inside and out!

My face is orange, around my mouth definitely has a shadow. Not recommended. I used this mitt, exfoliated everything day before.. I would highly recommend the original formula. Natural Glowing Bronzing Water Mousse, but definitely NOT the Advanced 1 hour Bronzing Mousse...

I am a frequent user of st tropez express tan and the most recent bottle I purchased is not great. The mousse is not foamy, it is watery. The tan itself does not develop. Such as shame as I used to love this product, not sure if the ingredients have changed.

I can’t get enough of this. I am extremely fair, but I find this colour looks very natural and doesn’t smell as much as other tanning products. I love how quickly this developes too

Easy application and great color that deepens the longer you leave on.

My mum was a beauty therapist, and this was always the brand she used. Handy to use, this is easy to apply and has excellent last. Great quality and not strong smelling, it leaves a streak free tan

I have been using sunless tanners since i was in highschool and im 38 years old now, so you could say i know my way around the sunless tanning scene. This one is the best of the best! Spreads on easily with a mitt ( i like the st tropez mitts best because theyre not as thick as the other ones … co co tan) Even though it says express ive always treated it as a regular tanning product and slept overnight with it. And no it doesnt make yoo darker and darker if you leave it on for more than 3 hours; and im pretty pale! It fades nicely— no embarasing patches. If you're strictly looking for something to get you tan in 3 hours this product isnt for you but if youre looking for a beautiful color, easily to apply sunless tanner then hands down get this!!!!
