Step 2: Pump foam applicator firmly and apply Bondi Sands Self Tanning Foam liberally to a tanning mitt before using a long sweeping motion to legs, arms and body. Use remaining residue on tanning mitt for face, elbows and knees. Step 3: Skin may be washed after one hour. For a longer lasting darker tan leave foam on skin for up to 6 hours. Shower with warm water and gently pat skin dry. Fot the deepest tan re-apply Bondi Sands Self Tanning Foam 30 minutes after initial application.

  • A: Hi! We recommend the Everyday Gradual Tanning Lotion to prolong/maintain your sunless tan in between applications. For re-application, we recommend the Self Tan Eraser, which is a quick removal product. Starting from clean, moisturizer-free, exfoliated skin will provide the best results.

    Very forgiving

    My go-to tanning product. Very forgiving when applied with a mitt. Only downsides are that it transfers onto bed sheets (washes out though), and I don’t prefer the wrong coconut scent. Other than that, it gives a really great tan. Comparable to spray tans I’ve gotten in the past.

    Transference is an issue!

    Hands down the best self tanner I have ever used! I was hesitant because I am on the more fair side, I do tan but self tanners can definitely make me orange so I typically go for the light- medium self tanners. This one being DARK made me nervous! It is absolutely perfect though, and very forgiving. I even put it on my face, and have a very natural healthy glow.

    THE BEST!

    The BEST self tanner I’ve ever used. I have years of experience with self tanner and I used to love and use TanLuxe regularly, which is twice the price of this BondiSands. Bondi Sands blows TanLuxe out of the water-better color, way less orange, in fact very minimal orange. The most beautiful, natural tan color and no gross corn flake fake tan scent! I didn’t think it was possible for a self tanner to not have a scent, but this one truly does not. HIGHLY recommend!

    New Favorite!

    This is my new favorite self tanner! I’ve only tried one other that did not irritate my skin. Loving tan was my go to but it’s expensive! I tried this based off the great reviews. The smell is great, it does have that self tanner smell while it’s developing but it’s better than most. Easy to apply, fades evenly, no dry scaly patches of skin. I do wish it was a bit darker but the next time I apply I’ll just do two layers. But for a third of the price of Loving Tan, I’ll definitely repurchase.
