I love this extra seat!!
This makes the baby jogger stroller a double!! It works wonderfully!! The only thing I would change is that the height and weight limit of the seat would be bigger. Otherwise the stroller and attachments are top notch!!

Yet another disappointed customer
Like many others we purchased the city select lux with the intention of it "growing with our family" yet when we actually need it we find out that the second seat has been discontinued and can no longer be purchased anywhere. For such an expensive stroller we're very disappointed. We have invested a lot of money with this company buying many of their products including infant car seats, stroller, toddler car seats etc. so we're pretty upset that we can't count on this company to support their products.

Awful company
Like many others, I’m incredibly disappointed. We chose the Baby Jogger City Select stroller in 2023 specifically because it was advertised as expandable for a growing family. Now that we have a toddler and a newborn, that option is no longer available. This has been extremely frustrating and disappointing, especially given the lack of compatible accessories.

Unable to get parts
I have my city select 2 stroller and now 2nd baby is on the way and I can’t find attachments for a 2nd seat to add onto the stroller. This is so frustrating and I regret spending so much on a product that works against my being able to expand my family.

It fit our old stroller fine!
After reading all the reviews that this seat no longer fits the 2022/2023 model of the city select stroller frame I was very nervous!! However, ordered it and my husband had absolutely no trouble fitting it on ours which was purchased in 2022! Adapters for the frame just fine. So I guess my advice is just order it and try it out!!

We bought this seat as a second seat for our babyjogger stroller but seat seems to be too short. It doesn’t line up with the eco system for double strollers by babyjogger which it is supposed too. It is so disappointing since we paid so much for it!!

False advertising
I’m extremely upset. We are getting ready to welcome our second baby and I wanted to buy the attachment to make the stroller hold by toddler and new baby and realize I can’t even buy the proper attachments. I got This stroller specifically for the ability to expand for next baby and now it is trash. This is unbelievable. False advertising.

Works with city select lux adapters
I was similarly disappointed and frustrated by the inability to expand my City Select Lux stroller after our family expanded. I’m sure it’s not recommended by Baby Jogger – they would rather you buy an entirely new stroller system – but I was able to acquire select Lux ADAPTERS and this seat works as long as you have the correct adapters.

Incompatible with original city select
Similar to others, we purchased a city select in 2022 with the plans to expand to a double stroller in the future. The seat is no longer compatible with the stroller we have and it’s impossible to find the correct adapters. We are very disappointed.

Good stroller, impossible to find parts for it
Used this for my first kid. Purchased the extra seat kit and everything. Literally impossible to find a pram or a pram conversion kit and snack trays anywhere in America for this stroller. The city select 2 eco has been so hard to find parts for, am regretting buying this.

Waste of $$$ - Can't find adapters needed
I am in the same boat as everyone else. Invested a lot of money in a city select system with the plan to expand it when needed. Our second child is here and we only need an adapter for the second seat. Not a kit that comes with a second seat. I already have the seat and just need the second seat adapter. We went to purchase the adapter only to find that they no longer sell them separately. The only reason I bought this stroller was so that it could expand it when our family does. Wasted a lot of money because now I have to purchase another stroller. It's a shame because I love the stroller.

No frame was included with my purchase
I bought this item last year to prepare for the birth of my second child and the fabric portion of the seat came however the frame for the seat did not. I’m very frustrated, since we’re supposed to be taking a trip soon and I have a useless seat over without a frame!

Waste of money
I’m on the same boat as others. Purchased in 2020 knowing I will be expanding in the future and now that the future has arrived, I am not able to use a second seat to my existing stroller due to compatibility issues. Such a disappointment!

Accessories no longer available
I am in the same boat as everyone else. Invested a lot of money in a city select system with my first grandchild in 2020. Our second grandchild is here and has outgrown the bassinet. We went to purchase a second seat only to find that they no longer sell them. The only reason I bought this stroller was so that it could expand while our family does. I have 19 nieces and nephews and have told all not to purchase this stroller because in a year they will change and sell something else and you won’t be able to get accessories. Wasted a lot of money because now I have to purchase another stroller. Overall I love the stroller.

Don't be fooled by irrelevant reviews
I don't know why everyone is giving this item a bad rating when they are complaining about a lack of parts for the first edition city select; it really gives a misleading rating. This kit is great. It works effortlessly with the city select 2 stroller. Material feels comfortable and durable. The second seat adapter fits well and feels sturdy. The canopy has great coverage. Nothing to complain.
