Elmer's 4pk Washable School Glue Sticks Scented

Just like any other glue stick, but my daughter loves the scent, especially the blue berry muffin scent.

I love these scented glue sticks. We have been buying them for a few years now and I love that we can open an old notebook and it still smells great! Not too strong or overpowering either.

Elmer’s has another fantastic product! We’ve been using these glue sticks in our household for years. They’re generally reasonably priced and a great choice for glue sticks. The added bonus is that the glue is purple when you apply it, so you can easily see where to place the item you want to paste. This prevents you from not knowing where you applied your glue because most glues are transparent. The catch is that the purple color disappears after a short while, so in the end, the glue is transparent, and you cannot see it on the paper It’s a truly ingenious invention. The only downside is that the glue doesn’t stick very well, so you may need to reapply it a few times. However, this is normal and happens with any other glue stick I’ve tried. Overall, Elmer’s is the best.

My daughter is obsessed with these glue sticks. They smell super yummy & I actually prefer the way these dry on paper over regular glue sticks! They are so cute & I will keep buying them for my girl!

Kids love how they smell

Anybody else think this was a bad idea? Kids shouldn’t be sniffing glue. They SHOULD make glue sticks with different designs on the outside, so kids can tell them apart (from other kids in their class) and cause people like color choices. The smells with glue. Not good.

Tiny amount of product!!! Check out the side of the glue stick- you can see the brand new glue is about 1/3 of the size of the stick. Absolutely ridiculous 😤

I think that scented school tools are a great idea & usually fun. However, the sugar cookie smells horrible. 2 of them smell quite nice. The apple pie has a stronger pleasant scent & the watermelon smells amazing! Hence, 3 stars. Not more b/c of the serious unpleasantness of the one mentioned before. The blueberry muffin has an ever-so-slight scent, though not unpleasant. If you expect all of them to smell amazing, you will be disappointed. I gave 4 stars for the value b/c they are inexpensive. Someone may like the sugar cookie scent & may want to try them. However, I will not purchase them again.

I love huffing glue so these are a great option for kids. Your little one will feel great in no time. No more school anxiety. So good you want to nibble on them too!

If you look closely they are only filled barely half way. A total rip off and waste of plastic. I mean, you assume it’s a whole stick but in reality it’s less than half way. Smells fun but such a waste and rip off. Wont be buying again.

I convinced my daughter to buy these for her school needs, as opposed to the non-scented glue sticks. I grew up in the 80's and remember scented stickers, dolls, and pretend food as some of my favorite things. I like that they are Elmer's brand, because of using their products in the past and knowing they are good quality. All of these glue sticks scents are pleasant.

Smell is terrible! Threw them out unfortunately.

I purchased these for the fact they stated on package. (New ELMERS 4 SCENtED STICKS!) Color of tubes look vibrant - One Blue - Blueberry Muffin (I smell nothing from it when opened. It goes on clear. I had to rub it on paper for a few tries to barely smell alleged Blueberry Muffin if you want to call it that in this particular purchase. More glue smell. (Disappointed) The glue goes on clear. Tested to see if this tube sticks to paper. Yes, not strong, drying clear. Maybe a bad batch of this tube. 👎 Apple Pie- Green Lid - I can smell the apple. It’s not super strong smell. Kids/adults will enjoy this one. It’s not overwhelming. It does dry clear. This tube is drying, and sticking well. 👍🏻 Sugar Cookie - Light Pink Lid - It had more bad chemical glue smell to me. I did not smell reference smell first few tries. Smell slight smell some like to refer in scented inks as this smell now. (Not a fan) some may like this one. Dries clear, and sticks to paper. Again maybe a bad batch for scents as in this one. No sugar cookie smell. Chemical smell. 👎 Watermelon -Darker Pink Lid 👍🏻-Yes you can smell Waternelon scent right away when opened. Dries and goes on clear as stated. This tube is not sticking well. Taking a bit to dry for glue sticks. I cannot state how well they hold projects since not drying as fast as I used to glue sticks drying. Not recommend per instructions in a freezing Cold area. These are being used in winter time inside. So, I have for kids, and myself. Maybe better luck in spring or summer. Please read instructions. I liked there were acid free, non-toxic, and dried cleared and photo safe. So, going to give a 3 for this batch. I am glad to see others gave 5. I was really hoping smells were stronger and as described in all since there were advertised as NEW SCENTED STICKS! Elmers is a quality glue but will give 4 stars since smell not so as described. So in all fairness maybe we got bad batch for smell.
