Q: Is this a Snapdragon Processor?
A: As of Dec 8, 2021, the title of this item does not seem to match the processor provided by 232_General (Brand Expert). The Galaxy S20 FE has a Snapdragon processor. All other Galaxy S20 models have an Exynos processor.
submitted byWeary - 4 years agoA: Correction of an earlier response by me (Weary) on December 8, 2021: Samsung Galaxy S G20 model SM-G981ULBAATT (Cloud Blue) has a Snapdragon 865 – 12GB RAM processor. Brand Expert 232_General, however, provided a different model number in the Q&A (i.e G950). Without knowing the model #, it is difficult to confirm the processor. Some G20 devices have Exynos processors while others, (like the Samsung G20 FE) use Snapdragon processors.

Q: What was refurbished by the manufacturer and also what is the model number of the galaxy S20 Cloud Blue and will the phone be shipped in the original box with all the original accessories?
A: The Samsung SM-G950 model # provided within Brand Expert 232_General's response refers to a Galaxy S8, which does not match the title and description of this item as of December 8, 2021. The Galaxy S20 SM-G980 models only support 4G LTE with 8GB of RAM while the Galaxy S20 SM-G981 models have 5G and 12GB of RAM.

We perform an additional diagnostics examination to ensure quality control. We also thoroughly clean the products. Every shipment may arrive in a brown or white generic box with relevant charging accessories (no headphones included) that may be generic.

A: Call and text should work fine, 4g will depend on your carrier. We don't believe any oversea carrier will have all 5G oversea.
