A: Hi LoveOrganic. There is only the one battery compartment on the Country Cruisin RV. Please make sure to change the batteries with all new Brand Name alkaline batteries (in the correct polarity). Once changed, make sure that the switch is firmly in the ON/Play position for all of the functions to work. The Battat Team

A: Hi Molly. Please make sure to change the switch from the Try Me/Off mode to the Play mode for all the sounds and functions to work. The battery compartment and switch are on the inside of the truck near the brake pedal. Thank you. The Battat Team

Q: I recently purchased this item. The windshield wipers do NOT work - no noise and no movement. The button is switched to "on" and not the "try me" option. There is no tape adhered to the van.

Not very sturdy, difficult to access interior.
Bought for my 6 yr old granddaughter. Wipers broke immediately. Not very sturdy, very difficult for even little hands to access the inside. Would not recommend.

Do you think it's a joke that you put so much tape on this toy. It terrible how you taped everything shut. Even when I pulled it off there is residue all over the toy. I still haven't found a battery compartment.

We are careful with the packaging to ensure all components arrive safely and that there is no damage to the camper itself. We suggest you try some cooking oil to get rid of the residue. The battery compartment, as it shows in the instruction sheet, is below the steering wheel on the inside of the camper. If you didn't receive an instruction sheet, you can download and print one from the Our Generation website. Just search for the camper and scroll down the page until you see the link.

Damaged at pickup, not worth the money
For $160 it should be protected or in a box. J bought this for my daughter’s birthday and it was damaged and beat up from who knows what. We were bummed because it is so cute.

Box Needed
The item should be boxed up so kids can’t play with it in the store. The windshield wipers don’t work because of this.

Fun times for my granddaughters
I gave my granddaughters the RV yesterday, they love it. Truly, a fun imaginative toy to play with for both of them equally. Everything worked flawlessly after I figured out how to turn the power on from the dashboard. I was a little confused about the batteries, but I realize that they must be already installed. After I flipped the switch, everything worked great The girls had a lot of fun. I know that they will continue to play and enjoy their new RV.
