I should have known better..
I have struggled with severe eczema my whole life. My child is 4 months old & has started to develop mild eczema. When I was young, I could never use Eucerin because it burned me so badly, but I was such a severe case that I thought maybe it would actually help my child since her skin is not as bad as mine. It made her skin 100x worse. I feel awful & should have trusted my instincts. Never again. If you have a baby with mild eczema, stick to the basics. You don’t need products tagged with “eczema” on them.

Broke out in hives
I bought the body wash, the cream, and the flare up treatment to help with my baby’s light eczema…but it made her skin worst. The poor baby became all red, with hives all over her body. I’m so disappointed with these products.

We love Eucerin products for our grandson! He does have eczema flares; however, the flares are less frequent when we use this along with the baby Eucerin cream. We noticed a major difference once we switched to using both the body wash and cream.

Calm skin
my new grandson absolutely loved this body wash, how do I know, he didnt want to get out of the tub. it leaves his skin so soft and hydrated. No need for a lot of extras to keep his skin from drying. We made it part of his nightly routine and we thank you.

Gentle on skin
This body wash has been so relieving for my little one. It has helped her skin by nourishing it and keeping it healthy. it has helped tremendously with dry scaley skin. I love how it comes in a huge body, a little bit goes a long way, it is gentle, and a creamy consistency. it doesn't Sud up but that's okay because it's made to moisturize.

My baby and I have been using Eucerin Baby Eczema Relief Cream Body Wash for two weeks now and it has helped leave my baby skin feeling and looking soft. With these winter months can be harsh not only to our skin, but baby skin as well. I love that Eucerin Baby Eczema Relief Cream Body Wash is free from fragrance, dye and soap free. Plus, it has colloidal oatmeal. This product has not left my baby skin or my skin irritated when using it. I love the rich creamy texture. I even had my older daughters try Eucerin Baby Eczema Relief Cream Body Wash because they have Eczema on their arms which has help tremendously. Their skin is less itchy and dry. I would definitely recommend Eucerin Baby Eczema Relief Cream Body Wash and purchase it because has help relief dry skin and eczema when other products haven't. Terrible packaging
Honestly, I dislike this bottle so much. It is so slippery when hands are wet (whose hands aren’t when baths involve children). And the flip top isn’t easy to open one handed. While these might be minor issues, I think they make or break a product when it comes to baby/kids bath time. It doesn’t lather and is rather difficult to wash off (plus makes your kids skin slippery, so beware). It does help during eczema flare ups, so I only use during the dry season and thankfully we’re out of that now.

After having babies with sensitive skin I look for gentle, unscented bath and body products. This is a great unscented body wash for kids or adults with eczema or sensitive skin. Gentle and Clean
My son suffers from Eczema flare ups, which get especially bad in the dry winter months. Usually I focus on using an Eczema cream for him and never though about a wash. This has been great to incorporate into our routine. He still prefers some soap in the tub that gives him some the bubbles but I make a point of using this for cleansing. This doesn't lather so takes some getting used to as far as use but I can tell its very gentle and appreciate that its fragrance, dye and soap free. Gentle body wash.
This body wash says on the bottle that it is gentle, non-foaming and helps calm itchy skin due to eczema. Those were exactly my experience using it on my son. My toddler has been dealing with eczema for quite some time now. I find that using this body wash helps keep his skin soft and moisturized. It does not dry out his skin because it is creamy and has no soap that may aggravate his skin condition. I must say that the first time i used it, i was a bit concerned about its cleansing abilities and that's only because it is cream-based and does not foam. But after about 2-3 uses, we got used to it and enjoy using it now. I like that it is fragrance and dye free also. The author of this review received a free sample of this product.
