  • A: Matt, I just bought Native shampoo and they have not improved to design to make lifting the pump easier. Seems they've known these issues for over a year at least, probably more. I won't buy again.

Q: I also can not get the pump open. Which direction are you supposed to turn it? I've tried both.

In order to get your body wash opened we suggest holding onto the middle component of your body wash and then twisting the dispenser part of the pump turning in a circular motion. After twisting a few times, the pump should pop up and open. We hope this helps and should you need more tips or help, we also have a video featured on tik tok on how to do this.

Q: Does it smell the same as the Native 2 in 1 shampoo + conditioner? I'm hoping for a cleaner scent and not as strong? The 2 in 1 has a strong scent/feel to the skin.

    Refreshing I love native

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This this body wash leaves my body feeling super refreshed, which is the main thing that I like about it. The fragments that I got was eucalyptus and mint which was not my most favored scent but it does leave my body feeling super clean and tingly a little bit not in a bad way though. The fact that it is die free, paraben free sulfate free was what caught my attention. 18 fluid ounces and this body wash lasted me literally the whole month.
