A: Matt, I just bought Native shampoo and they have not improved to design to make lifting the pump easier. Seems they've known these issues for over a year at least, probably more. I won't buy again.

Q: I also can not get the pump open. Which direction are you supposed to turn it? I've tried both.

A: Hi there, Thanks for reaching out and we're so sorry that you're having trouble. In order to get your body wash opened we suggest holding onto the middle component of your body wash and then twisting the dispenser part of the pump turning in a circular motion. After twisting a few times, the pump should pop up and open. We hope this helps and should you need more tips or help, we also have a video featured on tik tok on how to do this.

Q: Does it smell the same as the Native 2 in 1 shampoo + conditioner? I'm hoping for a cleaner scent and not as strong? The 2 in 1 has a strong scent/feel to the skin.

While the ingredients may be different the scent would still be relatively close. To confirm, our scent is identified as a clean, herbal, earthy, sun-soaked fragrance.

I’ve been using the regular Cucumber and Mint body wash and it has exceeded my expectations. It smells amazing and works well. 1 bottle also lasts forever because a little drop of soap goes a long way. Very satisfied and highly recommend.

Neither the soap nor the deodorant have a scent. However, I do admit that natural body odor is not as noticeable when wearing the deodorant. I just expected to sleep blueberry, and there's absolutely no scent.

I love the Native products, they feel nice on the skin and have subtle non-offensive scents. My biggest complaint is the the pumps rarely work. They do not pop up with turning and the larger bottles are unwieldy to use without the pump and I end up wasting a lot of soap because it pours out too fast.

The wash is very creamy, and smells great. The only complaint I have is that the company does not publish it's ingredients. They are very proud of the fact this product only has 9 ingredients, but they do not list them on their website. I didn't find out that one of those ingredients is Xanthan Gum, which I am highly allergic to, until after I bought and received the product. I won't be a return customer.

This is a pretty good body wash. I like the smell, it's pleasant and not too fragrant. I think my only suggestion is the gel consistency is pretty thick, so sometimes you go to squeeze it onto your loofa and it plops out to the ground or rolls off the loofa to the ground - it would be nicer if it was a little more liquidy so you could pour it over the loofa more easily. That's all!

I live in a very dry climate and the Lily Milk & White Sage Hydrating Body wash helps hydrate my skin prior to applying lotion. It smells lovely, not overly floral- I feel like I’m at the spa when I shower. And it lathers nicely. My only complaint is that this scent doesn’t come in other products like lotion and deodorant!!

For some time, we have fought "soap scum" in our shower. Once we discovered Native Body Washes, we no longer use bar soap! Native Body Washes (no matter what scent) leave no "soap scum" what-so-ever making it so easy to clean our shower. Their Body Washes not only help keep the shower clean, they do a wonderful job of cleaning the body, while leaving a nice scent. I highly recommend Native's Body Washes to anyone who is looking for a good body wash that does not leave a "soap scum" in the shower. Not only do they not leave a "soap scum", ALL their body washes clean well and smell great!

Love Native products and use many regularly. I have tried many of the body wash scents and this is one of my favorites. The body wash is gentle on the skin, moisturizing, and the large selection of scents is a big plus. It's the only body wash I use now.
