Don't place this light too high or you will always see the bulb. We placed it where our previous light fixture was installed and now you can see the bulb from every angle. We bought these last year and they still look brand new, even in the hot Florida sunshine. I originally saw these lights in a high-end light store here in Tampa. They wanted $500 a lamp!
