I ordered seven of these to replace our outdoor lighting during our exterior remodel. I wanted something that was Dark Sky compliant, yet bright enough. These were perfect! We bought 60w bulbs and hoped they would light up enough. We are so pleased with the result day and night!

This is a cool looking modern light to replace an old timey double floodlight that was motion activated and very annoying, due to constantly turning on and off due to deer, walkers, cars, wind, whatever. Replaced with a Philips dusk to Dawn sensing bulb, and it works perfectly even though this is a dark sky light. Hopefully this won't annoy our neighbors as much.

We purchased two for outdoor lighting. Our home is a 1940's bungalow and these fixtures have a great old-time/contemporary crossover look. I especially like the Dark Sky compliance. A definite winner!
