We wanted to like this fixture a lot. We love the design and clean lines. There are two issues. Diffuser is seated slightly crooked so that it looks uneven across bottom of fixture. Also, it is not apparent how to remove the diffuser for cleaning and bulb changing. The electrician installing it threw away the packaging and any included directions. We would like help from customer service on this. Have not had time to contact with holiday events.

Elegant and lovely fixture. The silver casing makes it an interesting lamp to look at. It is not too plain nor too jazzy. It really elevated my dining area.
