NO COMMON SENSE WITH 2 SPANISH WORKERS!
Two Spanish boys brought out the items for the drive up. They unloaded their cart with the 32 pack of water bottles and they all fell apart in my son's van. They knew they were loose and falling apart these boys. They proceeded to hurry up and throw the bottles into the van and they were all falling everywhere. If they knew that there was a problem with these bottles that the plastic wasn't keeping them together why didn't they just put them in a box and bring them out in a box or look for bottles that weren't falling all over the place? Now, how is he supposed to bring those in to the house when they're falling everywhere? I think the manager needs to know that these two people need to be investigated because they are terrible with customer relations. They are not thinking ahead and realizing these things are not gonna load properly into a van.

I bought 3 packs of 32 bottles, but unfortunately they all tasted strongly of plastic. I already returned one pack, since I don’t want to risk losing more money and throwing the rest away. I’ve been buying this water for many years, but this month the plastic taste was really bad. Very disappointed. It seems like the bottles aren’t being stored properly. Sadly, I won’t be purchasing this again.

This seems to happen more often than not. My issue is as a shopper, I can find the item available online at another Target location, one that is closer to me, but the same day delivery option is unavailable. The item is there but for pick up only. Well, I do not have a vehicle and it is challenging to commute by public transportation and transfer from one bus line to the next with 4 cases of Zephyrhills 100% Natural Spring Water - 32pk/16.9 fl oz Bottles, plus any other shopped items. It is very frustrating. This is happening more often in recent months. So, now I have to shop via instacart from Publix and settle for a 24-pack of Zephyrhills 100% Natural Spring Water - 16.9 fl oz Bottles. I don't like to complain, but this is getting out of hand. Not just the water. I can have several items in cart set for same-day- delivery and 1 or 2 items are only available for pick-up. Often a key ingredient for a meal, so here we go again. I opt to cancel the whole order and shop online elsewhere. I don't have the time to wait for two or three different delivery services. If I could afford a car I would shop for myself, as I always have. Very frustrating. I love you guys! But... Smh...

I was told nothing he could do I had to go in and return it. I am on my 30 minute lunch break for a pick up. He said it was not his problem where do I want it loaded.

I bought 5 cases of water and a young man brought out the order and watched me put all 5 cases in the trunk by myself. He didn’t even offer assistance especially when it was a female picking up the order. Just food for thought next time when orders are being delivered, it actually should be common courtesy as a man.
