Not panko

So I gotta say, this definitely ain’t panko, panko has always been flakey which makes for a delightful and satisfying crunch. This is closer to rice crispies than crumbs or flakes. Taste is fine, and mixed in with traditional bread crumbs or panko it might be ok, but on its own not so much.

These crumbs were enormous? I had to put them in a baggy and crush them so it wasn’t like putting pea gravel on the top of my casserole. I will not buy these again. Also thought the “Italian” seasoning was very lacking.
