Q: In the specifications, you state "May Contain: Wheat". Right below that you say this is a "gluten-free food" that contains no wheat... just a bit confusing and misleading.

Not a hit

These are awful. They don’t stick to the chicken well at all. And the part that does just falls off when frying up. Completely wasted tons of ingredients to make panko crusted chicken. Taste is fine but just turns into a burnt clump of mess in the pan and left with a bare seasonless chicken breast

Waited forever to try these. So big , can’t crush easily to get smaller. Don’t stick well . Don’t fry well? Was pretty bad.

Great addition to the GF kitchen

I used for chicken tenders. I rarely would use oil for this vs baked but I followed the recipe on the box and we were all amazed. Not greasy at all. (Get the oil to the right temperature). Nice to find a GF option for my daughter that is enjoyable to the whole family. I’m looking for more recipes I can use these for.

Celiac-Friendly and Delicious

Love the availability and pricing from Target and the website! Our kids have Celiac disease and it’s always a challenge to find the ingredients we need but Target makes it easy! We’ve used this panko for all of our recipes and have never had any issues. My rating isn’t a 5 only because fried foods end up overly “puffy” and less similar to noN GF panko

Great!!!!!

Great stuff! Having to eat gluten free this was great, awesome taste and texture. I was wanting some fried chicken fingers at home so I picked up some Panko just on a whim, I used beaten eggs, in to the corn starch back in to the eggs and in to the panko. Wow!!!

Texture is all wrong

Bought this GF version of Panko by mistake. Did not work out at all. Texture is all wrong (and that is all there is to a good Panko...texture). Would not recommend.
