This flour is great, I normally use King Arthur…but I found out that they have nasty fillers/gums in their flour. This blend is healthier and I’ve used it to make pasta noodles, biscuits, cookies, pie crust, etc. Very versatile and gives a great consistency that isn’t too gritty.

I bought this product for my daughter who can't tolerate gluten in her diet as well as many other items. She loves this stuff. She starts baking bread as soon as it hit her door. She's thrilled that this is another option for her then store bought bread. Will purchase for her again and again!

I use it as all-purpose flour. It is very good. If I have any complaints, it's that occasionally I taste a little graininess, but that's true of most gluten-free flours.
Never would know this is gluten free! Delicious!

I have tried many brands of gluten free baking flour over the years and this is my favorite to use. It makes a good and consistent texture for cakes and cookies and waffles. I also use it for a thickening agent for sauces. I would highly recommend using this flour for any baking needs.

This is the best gluten free flour blend I have worked with. Great for bread, pastry and other flour needs. I basically make no alterations to a regular baking recipe when using this flour. None of the often gritty taste of rice flour products. Much, much less expensive than the highly rated cup-4-cup
